Delete Your Account

Account & Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your Alexia Tarot account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

Your account profile and email address
All your tarot reading history and conversations
Your preferences and settings
Any stored voice interaction data
Usage analytics associated with your account

What Is Not Deleted

Subscription records: Payment history is retained by Google Play/Apple for their records
Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data may be retained

Before You Delete

Please note:

This action is permanent - deleted data cannot be recovered
Active subscriptions - cancel your subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store before requesting deletion
Processing time - deletion requests are processed within 30 days

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open Alexia Tarot and go to:

Settings > Account > Delete Account

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to:

privacy@alexiareadings.app

Please include:

The email address associated with your account
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Confirmation

Once your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive confirmation within 30 days, please contact us at support@alexiareadings.app.
