By accessing or using Alexia Tarot, provided by Toormore Labs Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

Alexia Tarot is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Entertainment Purpose

Important: Alexia Tarot is for entertainment purposes only. Tarot readings provided by the app:

• Should not be considered professional advice of any kind
• Should not replace consultation with qualified professionals
• Should not be relied upon for important life decisions
• Are AI-generated interpretations for entertainment and reflection

Always consult appropriate professionals (medical, legal, financial, psychological) for important matters.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Alexia Tarot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share account credentials with others

5. Accounts

When you create an account via Google Sign-In, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Alexia Tarot offers subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Individual reading purchases (top-ups) are non-refundable once used

7. Free Trial

New users receive 3 free readings. These readings:

• Are provided at no cost with no credit card required
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged
• May be subject to change or discontinuation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Alexia Tarot are owned by Toormore Labs Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. User Content

Questions you submit and readings generated are stored to provide you with conversation history. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

10. Disclaimers

Alexia Tarot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Readings will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
• The service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toormore Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Alexia Tarot, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on tarot readings.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Alexia Tarot at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
